BEHIND THE LENS

Hi! I’m Daisy Hernandez Turney, the one behind the lens for Liseth Imaging! My obsession with photography dates back to the one Christmas as a teenager, when my parents gave me a hot pink digital camera. I gave this a shot a few years back doing some portraits, some boudoir, family portraits and then turned my focus to other things mainly scared that so many other people were doing the same thing. My grandpa Ricardo Suazo, may he Rest In Peace, came to visit us and asked me if I knew fear. I said of course! His response was well you shouldn’t, you have to take the risks, you’ll either be great at it or you won’t. You don’t get what you want if you don’t take a risk. So here I am trying to make him proud, showing him how thankful I am for giving me the push I didn’t even know I needed and he didn’t even know he was giving me.
